Precision Chiropractic of Colorado, Inc has been serving the Golden / Lakewood area and surrounding communities since 1978. Our name is emblematic of our service, providing precise linear Chiropractic adjustments. We do not “twist” the neck or back, which is neither precise nor inherently safe. Adjusting the spine in the neutral position with straight-line (linear) movement is very precise, totally safe, painless and gentle. I have adjusted newborns and patients in their 90’s with these techniques.

Chiropractic Techniques

Thompson Terminal Point: utilizes drop pieces that allow the use of low force and high velocity to accelerate movement of a spinal segment to “nudge” it into proper alignment.

SOT (Sacro Occiputal Technique): utilizes comfortable wedges placed under the pelvis so that gravity can leverage the lower back into proper alignment.

Palmer Upper Cervical / Grostic / NUCCA: specialized correction of the Atlas and Axis (C-1 and C-2) vertebrae in side posture adjustment.

Diversified: we only use this in neutral position adjusting of the thoracic spine.

Toftness: analytic system that we use to help determine areas of spinal misalignment and other body imbalances.

Skilled hands with over 40 years of experience are used in healing patients using all of the above Chiropractic techniques.

Nutrition and Diet

Total health is only possible with a natural healthy diet, which we advocate. Specific problems can be helped with specific nutritional supplements, which we help to identify. We carry enzymes and fundamental nutritional and homeopathic products to help you achieve balanced body chemistry.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy offers a natural conservative treatment approach that relieves musculoskeletal pain and restores function. The benefits of massage therapy include increasing blood circulation, reducing swelling, relaxing muscles, relieving muscle pain and spasms, and aid in recovery and range of motion.

Spinal Decompression

By gentle computer-controlled stretching, Spinal Decompression rejuvenates discs that have suffered chronic degeneration or acute injury resulting in compressive loss of disc cushioning thickness and flexible motion. This change takes pressure off the spinal nerves and can alleviate pain.
